Quality Assurance At Every Site

Quality assurance is a natural element at SP Gibo and is rooted in the certifications of quality, environmental and working environment management called ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. All of our factories in Denmark, Poland and China hold these certifications.

They are implemented in an integrated management system that, by procedures and instructions, ensures employees continuously work with improvements in a focused and systematic way. This delivers better internal work processes and secures the safety of our people, the stewardship of resources, supplier alignment, optimized production and ultimately, satisfied customers.

Deviation Handling & 8D System

All deviations are handled via an electronic 8D system. By treating every issue in a systematic and uniform way we ensure that a deviation does not repeat. The same toolkit is available for partners who download our 8D report template and guidance.

The 8D system is used on every level of the organization, not only for customer incidents but also to flag risks and improvements before they impact production.
